From vision to prototype

Thanks to the company’s state-of-the-art machine pool, the services offered by our Central Machining Shop range from rapid construction of initial demonstration models to the manufacture of parts in small batches. On request we can also produce demonstration models with the help of 3D printing.
Our technical trainees are familiarized with these high-end operations at an early stage. A team made up of new recruits and highly experienced employees, most of whom have been trained within the company in a wide range of skilled occupations like toolmaking or machining, ensures extensive knowledge-sharing and ongoing skills development.

We rapidly produce high-precision components from different materials at a number of turning/milling/machining stations. We also offer cylindrical grinding and high-precision honing services and make use of CAD/CAM programs to assist with the manufacture of products with complex contours. Central Machining also produces customized precision tools and jigs for the various joining processes used in serial production.
